Small Group Classes


Level 1: Strong Foundation (40+)

This class is designed around what your body is capable of, not age-based limitations, and supports real-life movement, strength, and independence. Focus is on functional strength, mobility, balance, and stability to help you stay active, capable, and confident for the long term.


Level 2: Empowered Strength

This is a progressive strength training class designed to build muscular strength, endurance, and control using dumbbells and bodyweight exercises. This class focuses on structured resistance training, gradually increasing load and challenge based on individual ability, with an emphasis on safe, effective movement and real-world strength.


Rise and Shine

A fast-paced morning workout built to challenge your strength, stamina, and mental grit. Using a mix of strength circuits, conditioning, and functional movement, this bootcamp-style class will leave you feeling accomplished and energized for the day ahead. Intermediate level with beginner modifications available.


Back, Hips & Posture Reset

A mobility-focused class designed to reduce stiffness, improve posture, and restore ease of movement through the back and hips.


Yoga Fit

New to yoga or fitness? Yoga Fit offers a welcoming approach to building strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility in a supportive environment. This class focuses on moving well, feeling better, and improving overall fitness at your own pace.


Personalized Coaching and Support

I offer individualized coaching designed to support strength, mobility, confidence, and long-term wellness in a sustainable and supportive way.

I'm a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and yoga instructor specializing in strength, mobility and sustainable wellness coaching.My approach is calm, supportive, and focused on helping people feel stronger and more confident in their body without pressure, burnout or intimidating fitness environments.I believe movement should support your life - not take it over.
